Nancy is a pioneer of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual fitness in the Arab world, dedicated to spreading awareness via diverse methodologies.

Formally educated at both McGill University and the London School of Economics with an MA in International Relations, Nancy trained as a diplomat, and began her career in the corporate world, before training in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), counselling skills, suicide intervention, addiction recovery, mindfulness and a range of alternative therapeutic & somatic techniques.

Her specialty lies in stress management, controlled breathwork, mindfulness, trauma, addiction, women’s health, relationships, conscious communication and authentic leadership.

The first practitioner in the region to certify in Compassionate Inquiry, the psychotherapeutic approach developed by acclaimed physician Dr. Gabor Maté that reveals what lies beneath appearance, Nancy has helped others to realize compassionate connection with the source of their issues.

She has supported countless seekers out of challenging circumstances and into greater self-awareness.

Over the years, Nancy has led events employing an array of mindfulness initiatives to public and private sector institutions, including Dubai Holding, Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Al Serkal Avenue, Chalhoub Group, Bloomingdale’s, Harvey Nichols & Tiktok, to name a few.

Nancy is passionate about starting conversations that are transformative to people’s lives, drawing on the years of integrative study and teaching to support others in achieving their potential. Given her experience, she offers a truly unique insight into conscious living, as a human relations mentor, humanitarian and motivational speaker.

A Kundalini yoga teacher and trainer with the US-based Aquarian Teacher Academy (KRI), Nancy is a crucial element in founding yoga in the MENA region.

Based in Dubai for 22 years, she has helped train nearly 100 yoga instructors in the Arab world through Darshan, an inclusive platform for the practice of Kundalini yoga as well as the organization of retreats, events, trainings and seminars. She was a trainer in one of the first ever yoga teacher trainings in Palestine and a lead facilitator in the first ever wellness festival in the history of Saudi Arabia.

Nancy continues to refine her repertoire of skills and is currently furthering her studies in somatic free flow movement, ecstatic dance, sound therapy and neuroscience. 

Nancy is married with three teenage children.
